 Frumsa Ibrahim is the founder of Inspovate, bringing over 10 years of leadership experience managing regional teams, operations, business development, performance management, and budgeting. Born in Oromia, Frumsa immigrated to Canada as a young boy, an experience that shaped his deep appreciation for resilience, opportunity, and community. Family-centered at his core, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife and young children, which continually grounds his approach to leadership, empathy, and long-term impact.

Drawing on this global and family-oriented perspective, he is dedicated to helping businesses grow, operate efficiently, and stay motivated by combining strategic insight with a focus on inspiration and innovation. He is currently furthering his expertise through the Master of Global Management program at Royal Roads University in Victoria, positioning him to deliver innovative, impactful solutions that align with Inspovate’s mission.
